How to Make Pizza-Yaki? ピザ焼き

My recent favorite happens to be a PIZZA filling. In this video, I show you the ingredients and how to make these "pizza-yaki"s. Weird, sure, but don't knock it till you try it.

INGREDIENTS

The Batter
2 Cups Dashi Stock
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Soy-Sauce (Shoyu)
Dash of Salt
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

Pizza Filling
Pepperoni
Cheese
Mushroom
Tomato Paste

TIP 1: I use dashi stock in the batter, which is fish/kelp stock. If you don't wish to use things seafoodie at all in your yaki-balls, then I suggest substituting it for vegetable stock or even chicken stock, just something light, not too heavy.

TIP 2: Make sure to oil your pan very well. It helps with both frying and making sure it can turn more easily.

TIP 3: Once it forms a ball, don't leave it in one place too long, it can burn.
