When I use to work at CVS, I've had customers buy and recommend this soap to me. However, I wasn't really into being green nor did I want to spend the money on it, until now. Going green all began with the whole30 diet I was on, not only did I want to be clean internally, but externally as well. Hearing about all the natural awesomeness this soap can do, I thought I'd give it a go.
My Dr. Bronner's Soap: #Peppermint & Cherry Blossom (Sold in Hawaii)
Followed: Lisa Bronner's Dilution Cheat Sheet
Followed: Lisa Bronner's Dilution Cheat Sheet
1. Face Wash
There are a few areas on my face that grow some very large pimples if I put something "wrong" on. Thankfully, this soap not only makes my face squeaky clean, it didn't break me out. I only added a few drops to my hand and foam it up before applying it to my face. Using the Peppermint Soap left my face with a cool and nice tingly sensation. Overall, I felt refreshed.

2. Body Wash
Hell Yeah! This is the top reason why I bought this Soap in the first place and it did not leave me disappointed. You only need to apply a few drops to a wet wash cloth and it lathers up nicely. Watch out for the Peppermint soap though, if you like the tingly sensation, GREAT! But, it can tingle in the wrong places >_< such as your "Okole." The Cherry Blossom is more pleasant for me as a body wash, but I like to switch between them once in a while.

Big plus: I notice that I don't have too much body odor anymore, I went an entire day without deodorant and I haven't smelt a thing. Does this thing help with BO, I don't know, but it's working for me! I still would recommend putting on deodorant on though XD
3. Hair
Whoa, Nelly, I may rethink using this for hair. It's not bad, but I didn't enjoy this as a hair wash. It left some sort of thin film over my hair and I felt it got oily faster than normal. Good thing though is the film comes out after a few washes.

4. Bath
N/A XD To be honest, I don't have a bath. We renovated our bathrooms and found no need of a bath tub. I regret that decision...how am I suppose to use bath bombs now :'(

5. Shaving
I don't shave, I epilate. So, for this, I had my father who shaves his face give it a go. He was surprisingly pleased with the results. Not only was it refreshing afterward, he felt that it made his skin feel smoother than his normal shaving foam. He was afraid the razor wouldn't glide well, boy was he surprised.
Also, even though I epilate, I like to wash my legs and underarms with this afterward. I feel that it helps prevent bumps.
6. Teeth
Auuurgh. They did warn me that it would taste like soap. While it got my teeth feeling clean, I don't think I would use this as a toothpaste. If you can handle it, go ahead.
7. Foot Bath
I don't usually do foot bath, so just following Lisa Bronner's Foot Bath recipe of just adding 1.5 Tsp in hot water, I didn't really feel much of an effect (therapeutic/detoxifying).
8. *Clearing Congestion
(Have yet to try)

9. Dishes
I am the Blue Dawn girl, always have been, so I was a bit wary about trying something I use as a body wash on my dishes :P But amazingly, it worked pretty well. Got out some tough grease stains, after a few washes, and made things smell like peppermint (which i like).
10. Laundry
Ummm, I have bit of a problem with this. I followed Lisa's instructions, even added vinegar, but my clothes still smelled "unwashed" and just didn't get out the unpleasant odor. This was medium loads. If you have any tips on what I could do next time, feel free to leave a comment. :)
11. Mopping
Wonderful! I used both my cherry blossom and peppermint for this and all I can really say is that it made my floor squeaky clean while giving it a nice sweet and minty fragrance. If you're wondering if it lingers, no, it doesn't. It dissipates after a short while. What I like about this too, is it is just soap and water, none of those harsh chemicals in store bought floor cleaners. And since I have my dog, I really don't want anything harmful near him. bless this soap.

12. All-Purpose Cleaner
Something else I'm proud to say Dr. Bronner's soap does well, and that is being a natural all purpose cleaner. And I added tea tree oil as well. It is said that tea tree is supposed to have anti-bacterial properties :) Wonderful. Anyways, I use this on all kinds of surfaces.
13. Windows
I used distilled water with the 1tbls of soap. It turns out to be a nice cleaner for the windows. Even the all-purpose does wonders for windows as well XD At first I thought it would leave streaks, but I realize that the cloth I was using was a tad bit dirty lol. Remeber use a clean rag!
14. Toilet
Decent toilet cleaner got a lot of the water (and other stuff) stains out, but not everything. But as with my other toilet cleaners, I would need to wash and scrub more than once. Of course, it wouldn't be hard to clean if I just do it regularly (laziness lol)
15. Fruit and Veggie Rinse
Yes, this works! haha. I know it's bad, but to be honest, I hardly wash my veggies with soap and water. Just a quick rinse of water and that's it. Gross, I know. However, it all changed after I washed a zucchini with Dr. Bronners. I first gave it a rinse under water, to see any changes to it once I used the soap cause that's what I normally do to my veggies anyway. Then as I washed it with the soap and rinsed it over a clean white bowl, the water that rinsed off was BROWN!! Gross. The zucchini also felt "squeaky" clean, literally. Boy, did that show me, just how good I wash my veggies...
16. Dog Washing
Don't use the peppermint. While humans may like the tingly sensation, a dog may not. I used the cherry blossom on Hibiki for this trial run. This is a great natural soap for dogs; it wasn't harsh on his skin and got rid of all the doggy odor.
17. Plant Spray for bugs (added cinnamon)
I can't say for sure if it's working on our papaya tree since we hardly had any problems, to begin with. However, so far so good, and it's not damaging the leaves.
18. Ant Spray
Those little black ants keep coming back. It does not work for me as a preventative, but it does kill those suckers XD
