Serving Size 1~2 The serving size depends on the noodle to sauce ratio. For me, I put in more than a handful of noodles to the sauce for two people. It tasted great, but I know some people would want more sauce coating their noodles, so you can put only a handful or less inside.
I really just winged this recipe. I had this type of garlic pasta at my local Italian restaurant and wanted to recreate something similar, and I knew the pasta sauce would definitely have sauteed garlic and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Garlic (or more)
Half an Onion (Sliced)
4-6 Cherry tomatoes (Halved)
1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
Parsley (Fresh or Dried) I used dried, but nothing beats fresh!
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Your choice of pasta!! (I used the leftover from last nights spaghetti with tomato sauce dinner)
Optional: Hot pepper flakes/Tabasco/Parmesan

This recipe I find to be very simple; just need oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes, I really just added the onions, parsley, and paste for extra flavor. Although, fresh parsley would make the dish extra special. Before this video, someone made spaghetti with tomato sauce, using all of the fresh parsley in our fridge haha. Dried is okay, but the flavor is only slightly. Still great though :D
Also, depending on the garlic, you can use less or more, as long as the garlic is coated.
